ABOLISH NUCLEAR WEAPONS: SET THE DATE NOW!

Join Ground Zero for a march and rally Sunday, May 2 coinciding with demonstrations around the world demanding that the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Review Conference, which begins at the United Nations on May 3, sets a firm date and implementation plan for the total elimination of nuclear weapons.


Sunday, May 2 March from Seattle University to Waterfront Park and Rally.
1:30 p.m.- Gather at S.U. Quad (Center of campus, 2 buildings south of 10th & E. Madison).
2:30 p.m.- March to Waterfront Park.
3:30 p.m. - Rally at Waterfront Park (Pier 58 next to the Seattle Aquarium). Participants are invited to bring signs, banners, floats, puppets, balloons, drums and instruments to create a festive atmosphere!
